1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires:

• "winjtu," "we," "us," "our" refers to the winjtu platform, its owners, operators, and affiliated entities.
• "You," "your," "user," "player," "member" refers to any individual who registers an account on the winjtu platform.
• "Account" means the personal betting account created by you upon successful registration with winjtu.
• "Services" means all betting products offered by winjtu, including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery).
• "Website" refers to https://winjtu.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and platforms operated by winjtu.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indonesian law. You must not be acting under duress, undue influence, or impairment when creating an account or placing bets.
• Compliance: You must not be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law, court order, or third-party restriction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of winjtu complies with all local, regional, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration

To use winjtu services, you must create a personal account by providing accurate and complete registration information. You agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create only one account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false information will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Keep your username and password confidential and not share your login credentials with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether authorized by you or not.

winjtu reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KTP, passport, selfie holding ID, proof of address, bank statement) at any stage of your account lifecycle, including before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

4.1 Account Restrictions

The following account-related activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, promotions, or free bets.
• Using a false identity, impersonating another person, or registering under a fictitious name.
• Registering an account on behalf of a third party or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to create accounts, place bets, or interact with winjtu services.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

winjtu processes all financial transactions exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposits and withdrawals are conducted via Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallet services only.

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your winjtu account using the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia)
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method but generally start from Rp 50.000. Deposits are credited to your account instantly upon successful payment confirmation. winjtu does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, joint accounts not bearing your name, or anonymous sources will be rejected and returned. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with Indonesian financial regulations.

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: Rp 100.000 (may vary by payment method).
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own legal name. We do not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All bonus-derived winnings must meet stated wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 (Bonuses and Promotions) for details.
• winjtu reserves the right to request identity verification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed or declined if documentation is not provided within the requested timeframe.
• Most withdrawal requests are processed within minutes during business hours (WIB timezone). Processing times may extend to 24 hours during weekends, Indonesian public holidays, or periods of high volume.

winjtu does not charge withdrawal fees for most standard transactions. However, excessive withdrawal frequency (more than 5 withdrawals per day) may incur an administrative fee of 2% of the withdrawal amount.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

winjtu is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We operate in accordance with international AML standards and Indonesian financial regulations. To this end:

• Deposits must be wagered at least once (1× rollover requirement) before withdrawal is permitted. This is a standard industry practice to prevent winjtu from being used as a money transfer service.
• Suspicious transactions, irregular betting patterns, or unusual withdrawal behavior will trigger an internal review and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
• We reserve the right to report suspicious activity to relevant Indonesian authorities, including the Financial Transaction Reports and Analysis Centre (PPATK).

6. Bonuses and Promotions

winjtu offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to enhance your betting experience. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the respective promotion pages and must be read in conjunction with these general Terms and Conditions.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements) that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements vary by bonus type and are clearly stated on the promotion page.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, collusive betting, or exploiting system errors, will result in bonus forfeiture, account closure, and confiscation of winnings.
• Unless otherwise stated, each player, household, IP address, email address, payment method, and device is eligible for one bonus per promotion. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses have expiration dates. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• winjtu reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, players who have already claimed the bonus will retain their rights under the original terms, provided they comply with all stated conditions.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

6.3 Reload and Loyalty Bonuses

Existing players may be eligible for reload deposit bonuses, weekly cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, eligible games, and validity periods. 7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on winjtu are final and binding once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring that your bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types are correct before placing the bet. winjtu will not cancel or modify bets after they have been accepted unless there is a manifest technical error or exceptional circumstance.

7.1 Sports Betting

• All sports bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body (e.g., FIFA, UEFA, AFC, BRI Liga 1 organizers).
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be void unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules. For markets such as "First Goalscorer," if the selected player does not start the match, the bet is void.
• Live (in-play) betting odds update in real time. Bet acceptance is subject to the current odds at the moment your bet is confirmed. If odds change between selection and confirmation, you will be prompted to accept the new odds.

7.2 Casino Games

• All casino games (slots, live dealer tables, video poker) operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems audited by independent third parties.
• Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or game error, all affected bets are void and stakes are returned to players. winjtu is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond our reasonable control.

7.3 Togel and Numbers Games

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on winjtu are settled according to the official draw results published by the respective regional lottery operator. Draw times, prize structures, and payout odds are displayed on each togel market page. Bets must be placed before the market closes; late bets will not be accepted.

9. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on winjtu and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment methods, engaging in chargeback fraud, or attempting to defraud winjtu or other players.
• Collusion and Match-Fixing: Collaborating with other players to manipulate outcomes, betting on matches where you have inside information, or participating in any form of match-fixing or game manipulation.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, exploiting system errors, or using automated systems to clear wagering requirements.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, or any automated system to place bets, scrape odds data, or interact with winjtu services.
• Account Sharing: Allowing third parties to access your account, selling your account, or transferring your account to another person.
• Underage Gambling: Creating an account if you are under 21 years of age, or knowingly assisting a minor in accessing winjtu services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indonesian law, winjtu, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of winjtu services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of winnings.
• Technical failures, system downtime, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions that prevent you from accessing winjtu or placing bets.
• Errors or inaccuracies in odds, game results, or displayed information due to human error or technical malfunction. In the event of a manifest error, winjtu reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, software, and materials displayed on the winjtu website and mobile applications are the exclusive property of winjtu or its licensors and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. 12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or relating to your use of winjtu services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation with winjtu customer support. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.
